Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy
o A minimum advance payment of 30% of total package cost is required at the time of booking.
o The 20% balance amount must be cleared 10 days before the departure date.
o Remaining 50% on arrival during check-in time at hotel .
o Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
o 100% refund if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
o 50% refund if the cancellation is made between 15 – 20 days prior to departure.
o No refund if cancellation is made within 10 days of departure or in case of a no-show.
o Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

3. Amendments /Rescheduling
o Any request to reschedule the trip will be subject to availability and additional charges (if applicable).
o The North Himalayas reserves the right to accept or decline rescheduling requests.

4. Force Majeure
o The company shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control such as natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
o In such cases, no refund will be applicable, though every effort will be made to provide an
alternative arrangement.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
o Guests are responsible for carrying valid photo identification, permits(if applicable), and travel documents.
o The company is not liable for any loss or inconvenience due to incorrect or missing documents.

6. Accommodation and  Transport
o Hotels/camps are provided as per availability and category selected at the time of booking. Vehicle & Transportation Vehicle type will be decided based on the group size (SUV/Tempo Traveller/Bus). The company is not liable for any breakdowns or delays during the journey but will provide reasonable assistance.

7. Liability & Safety
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver/guide.
The company shall not be responsible for loss of baggage, valuables, injury, illness, or accidents during the trip. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests.
